What you need to know about Hyperbolic Stretching?

Hyperbolic Stretching as already mentioned is a fitness program that is essentially video based and claims to provide results within a matter of 4 weeks. This is not a regime like cardio, weight training etc. but rather a program created by Alex Larsson, a former computer programmer.

The eight-minute workouts include full-body stretches, traditional Asian techniques, and methods for maximizing flexibility throughout the entire body.

The purpose of hyperbolic stretching is to increase flexibility and the body’s capacity for physical activity. Your body changes thanks to complete stretching. Both men and women receive a separate design from the programme.

Is Hyperbolic Stretching effective?

One thing that you need to remember is that any programme that is claiming to provide you with guaranteed results is often trying to lure you into buying that program. It is indeed true that stretching is good for muscle recovery and everyone should include stretching exercises in their fitness routines however it is not a magic wand that will magically transfer your body into something desirable.

Furthermore, since the term comes from Larsson’s book so you may have to buy it to do Hyperbolic stretching, however, if you want to find a hyperbolic stretching routine free then you can always go to Youtube and learn some stretching exercises that may not be hyperbolic but still effective
